Hi! My name is Ashling, I’m 25 and originally from Ireland 🇮🇪 I grew up surrounded by animals and have always loved spending time with them. Back home, my family has 2 large dogs, a husky-collie mix and a german shepherd mix. I grew up walking dogs daily for years, so I'm very comfortable handling strong, energetic breeds and confident managing dogs that can pull, get excited or need calm, constant guidance on walks. I'm also used to walking multiple dogs at once and making sure each one gets attention and a safe, enjoyable experience. I’ve also had my own cat for 11 years, so I know that every pet has their own personality, whether they’re an adventure-loving dog or a cat who prefers to nap in a sunny spot.

Since moving to Utrecht, I've really missed being around animals, which is why I love pet sitting and dog walking. I'm based in Utrecht and can easily cycle anywhere within the city and nearby suburbs, making it simple and easy for me to reach clients. I plan my day around bookings, and while I'm mostly available early mornings and evenings, I also have flexibility during the day - just send me a message and we can see what time works! Whether your pet needs a long walk, a play session, company while you're away, or simply someone to keep their routine on track, I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. My walks are usually anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on your dog's age, energy level, and individual needs. I'm comfortable adapting activities for both high-energy pets who love to explore and play, as well as older or more relaxed pets who prefer a gentler pace. I enjoy getting to know each pet's unique character and always do my best to make them feel comfortable and relaxed.

I'm happy to follow specific routines, feeding schedules, medication instructions, or any other preferences you have to help your pet feel at ease. I also have hands-on experience dealing with dogs in real-world situations, including walking large, strong breeds daily and managing unexpected distractions calmly and confidently.

I can also provide regular updates, photos, and messages so you can feel reassured while you're away. In the unlikely event of an emergency, I would contact you immediately and, if needed, take your pet to your preferred veterinarian or the nearest available clinic to ensure they receive prompt care.

I will adapt to your pet’s needs and give them plenty of attention, affection, and care. I’m available from early mornings to late evenings, rain, hail, or shine, and I look forward to meeting you and your furry family members! 🐾🐾
