I grew up around animals, so caring for them has always felt very natural to me. I love how every animal has their own little personality, their own way of communicating, and their own needs — and I think the most important thing is taking the time to understand them.

Over the years, I’ve looked after cats and dogs in both Australia and Germany. Some have wanted endless cuddles and attention, while others needed patience and a little space before deciding I could be trusted. I’m very happy with both.

I have a deep respect for animals and nature, and I try to bring that same sense of care into the way I look after someone’s pet. Whether it’s going for a long walk, playing, feeding, keeping them company, or simply making sure their routine stays familiar while you’re away, I want them to feel safe and at ease with me.

I offer both daycare and overnight stays, with plenty of company, playtime, feeding, basic grooming and, if needed, oral medication such as tablets. For dogs, I usually offer 2–3 walks a day of around an hour each, depending of course on their usual routine, age and energy levels.

I work and study from home, which means I’m around throughout the day and can give them lots of company and attention. I’m available on weekdays, weekends and for overnight stays, and I host a maximum of three dogs at a time.

I live with my partner in a quiet apartment near parks, with a balcony. Pets are welcome to make themselves comfortable and sleep wherever they feel happiest — I want my home to feel a little like theirs while they’re here.

And of course, I know being away from your pet can be hard — so I’m always happy to send little photos and updates along the way.
