Hi, I’m Thais — a Brazilian-Italian artist, designer and artisan based in Berlin. Animals have always been an important part of my life, and caring for them is something I do with genuine attention, affection and responsibility.

I work independently in the creative field, which gives me a flexible schedule and allows me to dedicate quality time to the pets I care for. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or calm and sensitive, I always adapt to their personality, routine and needs so they feel safe, comfortable and emotionally at ease.

Over the years, friends, neighbours and family have trusted me to walk, feed, host and care for their pets while they travel or work. I understand how important it is to leave your animal with someone trustworthy, attentive and patient, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I live alone in Berlin and can also host pets in my home when needed. I create a calm, clean and welcoming environment, and I usually like to introduce animals slowly and gently so they can feel relaxed and safe in the space. I pay close attention to routines, feeding schedules, energy levels and behavior, and I always try to make pets feel emotionally comfortable, not only physically cared for.

I enjoy long walks, nature and spending real quality time with animals instead of simply “watching” them. Walks are usually adapted to the pet’s age, energy and needs, but I’m happy to do longer walks for active dogs who enjoy exercise and outdoor time.

I speak five languages — Portuguese, English, Italian, Spanish and German — and I’m comfortable communicating with both locals and international pet owners.

For me, pet care is not just a service — it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I love spending time with animals, building trust with them and making sure both pets and owners feel relaxed and supported throughout the experience.

I only accept vaccinated pets into my home for everyone’s safety and wellbeing, and if needed, I’m also happy to help with small care-related tasks such as taking pets to vaccination or vet appointments.

I usually adapt walks and activities to each pet’s age, personality and energy level. I’m comfortable with both active dogs who need longer walks and calmer or more sensitive animals who prefer a quieter routine and more emotional attention.

During pet sitting, I like to keep owners updated with photos and messages so they can feel relaxed and connected while away. In case of emergencies, I stay calm, attentive and responsible, and I always make sure I have the owner’s contact information and veterinary details available if needed.

A typical day includes walks, playtime, feeding, companionship, rest and lots of attention according to each animal’s routine and personality.
